We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only:

• with authorized school staff using the platform,
• with service providers required to operate the app,
• when required by law or valid legal process.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored data. No system is fully secure, but we continuously work to improve protection.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed to provide school attendance services and comply with operational or legal requirements.

6. Children's Privacy

Student data is handled by schools/parents for attendance management purposes only. If you believe any data is incorrect or should be removed, contact the school administrator.
